Family and Community Liaisons

The English Learner Services and EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion + FACE) Departments have Family and Community Liaisons (FCL) placed throughout the Foothill, Grant, Highlands, and Rio Linda Vertical Articulation Network focused on building family-school partnership linked to student learning. 
 
The focus areas for the 23-24 school year are centered on academic engagement, linking families to resources, creating welcoming environments, and home-school communication. In addition, FCLs are supporting school site with their School Site Councils and ELACs (English Learner Advisory Committee).
