Twin Rivers Unified School District offers programs for children ages 0-5.
Enrollment specialists are available to help you complete the online enrollment process for your child.

Eligibility Calendar for 2024/25 School Year
Enrollment Options
If interested in applying for a Preschool Program please contact us using one of the following options:
- If interested in State Preschool (part-day or full-day) please call (916)566-1616.
- If interested in Head Start Preschool (Morey, Oakdale, Village or Rio Linda) please call (916)566-3485.

OPTION 2:
- Please email EnrollPrek@trusd.net if you are interested in applying. Include the following information in your email:
- Child's full name
- Child's date of birth
- Parent/ Gaurdian full name
- Contact phone number
- School site of interest

Once site availability is confirmed, an enrollment appointment (online or in person) will need to be scheduled.
Enrollment Criteria
Programs Offered
- Part-day State Preschool
- Full-day State Preschool
- Full-day State Infant/Toddler Program (limited space)
- Head Start Preschool
- Early Head Start
Required ECE Documents
- Birth Certificate Verification for the enrolling student
- Birth Certificate Verification for all siblings under the of 18 still living in the home
- Current Proof of Income dated within 30 days of your appointment date
- Current Proof of Address dated within 30 days of your appointment date
- Immunization Record for the enrolling student
- TB Risk Assessment
- Health Evaluation/Physical
- Court Documents (if applicable)
- IEP/IFSP (if applicable)
- Full Day ONLY - Employment Verification of Training Verification
- Head Start ONLY - Dental Exam (dated within one year of enrollment or scheduled appointment)
- Head Start ONLY - Medical Insurance Card
- Head Start ONLY - WIC Card (if applicable)
