COVID-19 Vaccines available to everyone ages 5 and up. Boosters are available to those who qualify.

Please bring documentation showing date of birth (DOB) and a parent/guardian must be present at the time of vaccination. School IDs do not have DOB. We will take anything with a DOB (insurance card, birth certificate, policies).

Deberá traer documentación que muestre la fecha de nacimiento y un padre / tutor legal debe estar presente en el momento de la vacunación.
