All requests for room modifications, major/minor construction and new installation of equipment (anything attached to the building, classroom walls or attached to the grounds) must be submitted to the Facilities Department for review.
Please submit all requests via email to victoria.garcia@twinriversusd.org.  You will be contacted within 24 hours of submitting your request.

  • Step 1: Fill out form and hit submit
Submit for approval at least 30 days prior to desired start date.
  • Step 2: You will be contacted by the Facilities Department regarding your request.
