- Award-winning Criminal Justice Academy. The program prepares students for college and careers in law enforcement.
- Environmental Science Academy.
- Nationally Recognized Renaissance Program - A motivational program which rewards and recognizes achievements and improvements in grades, attendance and citizenship. Grant High Renaissance is nationally recognized by Jostens Renaissance as a model for successful implementation of the program.
- Videoconferencing to establish an international connection with our sister school, Matsuyama Commercial High School in Japan.
- Championship Athletics Program.
- Library has approximately 13,000 volumes, computer workstations, electronic card catalogues, multimedia presentation stations and videoconference equipment.
- Extensive schoolwide Instructional Technology and numerous ROP courses, including Retail Sales, Work Experience, Grant Maritime Technologies Program, Plant Nursery and Floriculture Program, Electronics and Advanced Digital Media.
- Grant’s Environmental Organization – GEO teaches students about the values of environmental stewardship, growing your own food and eating healthy.

Recent graduates are enrolled at the U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, UCLA, UC Berkeley, Johnson C. Smith University, UC Davis, University of Washington, Clark Atlanta University, UC Irvine, Sacramento State, San Diego State and San Jose State.
Competitive Athletics
The Grant Pacers have won five CIF Sac-Joaquin Section football championships, including the 2006 Division II football championship. Numerous college scholarships are awarded to athletes annually.
Parental Participation Opportunities
