Department Hours
Our department is open from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Outgoing Interdistrict Transfer applications are accepted on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (we reserve Mondays and Thursdays for processing paperwork) and are currently taking up to three weeks to process.

Volunteer Process
Thank you for your time and interest in volunteering in Twin Rivers! In order to process your request to volunteer, we need you to visit the district office and bring with you the documents listed below.
- Completed volunteer application (must be signed by principal)
- TB test clearance (must be dated within past 4 years)
- Current California Driver's License (expired licenses not accepted)
- Social Security Number (needed for fingerprinting)
While at the district office, you will be fingerprinted so that we can request a background check from the Department of Justice. You will also have your badge picture taken. Once we receive the background clearance, the district will print out your volunteer badge and send it to the school site.
Please note that district office staff is available to take fingerprints and take pictures only on the dates/times below:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday -- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- 1st Wednesday of every month -- 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except in April -- the 2nd Wednesday)
