MASTER PLANNING

The Facilities Master Plan is a strategic document and functional resource to guide the TRUSD Board of Trustees and staff in making decisions regarding the use, planning, design, construction, and funding of TRUSD facilities.

PHASE I (2008-2009 Snap Shot of Existing Facilities)

During Phase I the snap shot of the District focused on site visitations of every site within the Twin Rivers Unified School District in order to review facilities, programs, enrollments, facility utilization and financing.  The 7 visitation teams included 81 people from around the district.  The information that was gathered will be the foundation for the work in Phase II.

PHASE II (2009-2010 Multi-year facilities Strategic Plan)

Phase II of the Master Plan process will include updating demographic projections, implementing site and building modifications, provide for curricular and programmatic changes, pursue State, Federal and other funding sources, and provide for facility capacity, options and alternatives.
